Darby,
I don’t know if you fully understand how insanely magnetic you are, so I’m taking it upon myself to remind you. When you enter a room of sorts, the air shifts like, “oh snap, there you are” kind of energy. You don’t even try, which honestly makes it totally unfair.
You have this way of being both comforting and exciting at the same time, and I swear that should be studied (I’m not calling you mentally unstable, on god). Your laugh is dangerous. It sneaks up on people and suddenly they’re smiling without permission. The way you talk, the way you exist, the way you move through life with confidence and heart? It’s powerful as heck. You make people feel seen just by being you, and that’s not something everyone can do.
I admire you more than I probably say. You’re bold, brilliant, and unapologetically yourself, and it’s so damn attractive. You’re the kind of person people gravitate toward, not because you demand attention, but because you deserve it. And yeah, I feel really lucky that I get to be close to someone as incredible as you.
You’re so cool. You’re special. And honestly? The world’s better with you in it and so is my life. Don’t ever forget that.
