The two halves of Spring

are often a peculiar sort of thing.

One half grey and dismal;

with clouds that cry sweet, sad tunes,

as the sun hides shyly behind the colorless blanket of the sky.

The other half bright and vibrant;

With warmth that gently kisses winter skin.

The plants blossom, and the animals sing:

“Spring,

Oh Spring.

The most beautiful and cheerful sort of thing!”
