Kailani,

You've always been there. When I look back over the past few years, when I remember the best moments and my greatest achievements, you're there. You genuinely make my life so much better, and you are exactly the type of person I'd want to have right there with me for the rest of my life. I know I don’t acknowledge it enough out loud, but I think it every day: I am so incredibly blessed to have you in my life.

Thank you for being the person I can call at any hour, and for always knowing exactly what to say. Even if it's hard, or it means letting something (or someone) go, I can trust you to help. Your strength and knowledge inspire me more than you'll ever know. You’ve seen me at my best, and at my worst, and yet you’ve stayed through it all.

To me, you aren’t just a friend; you’re family. Thank you for being there for me, even through the toughest moments, because I know you'll still be there after the hardest climbs.
