Three Short Horror Stories

Prompt: Write three separate two sentence horror stories that occur in the same universe/same idea (For example: When I smiled, she did not smile back. Something is very wrong with this mirror).

The flickering street lights cast eerie shadows on the empty streets, and I noticed a trail of fresh blood leading into an abandoned house. Curiosity compelled me to follow it, but I knew I should have turned and walked away.

I woke up in a dimly lit room, unable to move, as a masked figure approached with a gleaming scalpel. My heart pounded with dread as I realized I was not the one who had willingly entered this nightmare.

As I navigated the deserted hospital corridors, I heard faint whispers that seemed to come from nowhere. I finally realized they were all saying the same thing: "He's still here."
