A sheet of rain passes, cleansing
Taking the sour taste of death with it
And as the world dries with the evening sun
It takes the bitter feeling and puts it deep
in the earth to feed new life
New things with an infant's glow sprout
Leaving behind what remained
So when the world leaves a dark stain on you
Don't let it drag you down
Let your evening sun glow
And feed new beginnings with
