In the darkness, the stars shine bright,

Their twinkling lights, a heavenly sight.

The sky is deep, a vast expanse,

A cosmic canvas in a timeless dance.

The town below is still and calm,

No sound to break the peaceful balm.

The buildings stand, tall and proud,

Silhouetted against the sky like a shroud.

The mountains rise, majestic and grand,

A natural wonder, a sight so grand.

Their peaks are capped with snow and ice,

A contrast to the warm and welcoming night.

The trees are dark, their branches bare,

Their gnarled shapes adding into the eerie air

But in the sky, the stars outshine,

A dazzling display, a celestial sign.

Starry Night is a masterpiece,

A painting that will never cease

To captivate and inspire us all,

With its beauty, wonder, and enthrall.
